Directors notes

“What started as a passion project between friends became something much bigger than any of us imagined. I've always believed that the people we walk past every day have stories just as extraordinary as the ones we pay to watch in cinemas. Sometimes they just need someone to hand them the pen. As a director, I wanted to give the Author OF The Estate the same cinematic ambition we'd afford musicians, superheroes and Hollywood stars. Because why shouldn't their stories feel just as big? But somewhere along the way, the film started changing me too. I became a better storyteller, a better listener, a better leader and, hopefully, a better friend”
